Struggling to complete my upgrade!!

I called the upgrade department this morning and while busy doing my upgrade the call cut. I called twice, agent was busy and said he'll call me back. I AM STILL WAITING!!! i want to complete my upgrade NOW and want my tomorrow or i cancel this upgrade!! the upgrade is complete but they did not take the delivery address!!
