Conversation, HELLO, HELLO... arggg not agian... well thats the norm with Vox Telecom. Upon phoning them with regards to the problem i get through to their 0878059111 option 3... Hello Lesley speaking... nothing, This has happend abouth the 6th or is it the 7th time in 2013 and the year is only halfway. Upon emailing their PBX Sales: Consumer and SME Division Person Jack van Wyk/Gerhad Van Rooyen, i am told to lodge a ticket. Done on 16/07/2013 and today is the 18th and although i have had numerous conversations with Timothy, Lesley, Handre(@Lantic Bellvill) (Never any response from Gerhard who is suppositly the specialist) No one has been here and no indication could be given as to when the person will be coming to our offices to sort this mess. Vox is costing people their jobs and do not give a about their clients once they have made the sale. This is hugely frustrating for us as clients and as far as their assistance go, they are NOT PREMIEM LOCAL VOICE SERVICE PROVIDER... what service, whats local as their clients end up doing their service with someone trying to solve their IT Issues. This is the WORST attempt at a service as their is no service from them.
