Good day,

I would like to bring to your attention my latest experience with VODACOM - again trying to upgrade a contract.

I spent the better part of the morning trying to upgrade and get a gift for my daughter tomorrow - but alas... Vodacom disappoints yet again.

I participated in an online chat since 10 this morning (7 Nov) to upgrade and make use of the FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY option. The agent told me that it is not guaranteed. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER.

Now I cannot UPGRADE to the Samsung S4 Mini 1GB data for 6 months package - because delivery tomorrow is not possible. Totally disgusted at your service.

Called 0821959 and 0821950 - and they proved to be more USELESS.

I have 5 contracts with Vodacom; spending in excess of R1000 per month with this useless "NON Service Provider".

Well done in consistently succeeding to have service.
