NO CELLPHONE RECEPTION in Cyrildene

Since 29th June, I am experiencing reception problem on all MTN cell phones used in the house. Initialy we sucpected the cellphone but then we found that all phones on the MTN network doing the same. The moment we get out of the area signal comes back. We contacted MTN Coverage 083 900 1212, in the past 4 days we call and get different answers:
Call 1 response: Try you Cell phone settings you should set it to 2G and not 3G. if there is still a problem we'll send an engineer to have a look at the area.
Call 2 response: There is a problem with the Bruma tower, and Cyrildene tower is overloaded, communication was sent, but according to what is on the system the problem should be resolved today (16/7)
Call 3 response: What? did they tell you there was a problem, there is no way on the system you can see this information. There is nothing wrong give me your name and number I will come back to you. (still waiting)
Call 4 response (today) : I can see that there is definitely a problem in Cyrildene, Bez Valley and we have complied a excel file and escalated all complains received. No communication has been sent.
