A few months ago I logged a call center support ticket. (Ref: 00139a8AD8YH4RT3) - and S3-LHM3O-OII9P

I have little to no cell signal in my house.

I was told a radio Planner would come to my house check the signal and provide an interim solution if there were any signal issues. This never happend and now does not even seem likely to happen.

There is a tower nearby. I was told the tower is experiencing issues. I replied saying that I've had the same issue for 18 months. After following up 6 weeks after my last response to them they now send me a stock standard response saying "A tower is planned for your area... bla bla bla"

Another tower? On top of the other one? - Really??? Pull the other other one guys. This is the same lame response you gave to a work colleague of mine.

Basically vodacom are not prepared to help even though they are obliged to provide me with a solution to this problem.

A guy I work with had the same issue, got the same sort of responses and after nearly a year of complaints finally got a netgear MSRB2500 signal extender provided by vodacom. Why can't I get one or do I rather have to cancel my 3 contracts on the basis of you not delivering a service???
