No response on data query

When I signed up with Cell C, the operator I spoke to said that the amount data on my contract would be upgraded from 100 meg to 400 meg per month at no extra cost. At first this was not enough and I added a 500 meg bundle @ R75 /month extra. I now want to revert back to the 400 meg / month that was included in my contract, but I am not getting any feedback from Cell C in connection with this. I first phoned them on 20/05/2013 and was promised a response within the next day or so, as soon as someone was able to listen to the recording that was made of the sale of the contract. I phone again 2/3 weeks later. I emailed again after another 2 weeks. It has now almost been 2 months and still nothing.
I would like to know when someone will be coming back to me in regards with this?
