I signed a contract in February with Cell C. The contract Stated 100 minutes, 100 sms and 100 mb data, plus an additional 300 mb data

i noticed on 7 March that i did not receive the extra data.
After logging a call ref 3030701991 on 7 March i was promised to be phoned back within 5 days. after 3 weeks of hearing nothing i phone back again and was requested to email in my contact which i mailed in 2 April.
i phone in once again around 12 April and then receive a new ref 3040201714. This is when i see that i will need even more data and add 500mb bundle on my phone.i should now have a total of 900 mb per month, but no i have 800mb and no extra data allocated for the months that were missed. I received even more ref numbers (3042500363 and 3042901754) with little feedback, or when they say it has been resolved i see that it just happens again. It is July already now and still I am struggling
nobody ever calls back after several promises from several team leaders and call center agents
I have referred so many people to cell c and regret every single referral
This is the worst customer service i have ever receive
