I am forced to make use of hello peter to get customer service from CELL C. i have been notified that my network problem will be sorted out after my last complaint. its seven days now and it hasnt been rectified as yet. i have been transferred to their cancelations department since last week up until today, i hold on for 20 minutes and drop the call because no one answers in this cancellations department that they claim exists. i have been an exeptional payer and own more than one contract which is of no use to me because there simply is no network. I want to cancell and i will bear the cost hereof because they cannot provide me with the service i pay them for, but i cannot cancell either because there is no reply to my email cancellation or an answer when in transferred to the cancellations desk. i am uncertian on what to do, do i just stop paying them and have a bad payment profile on ITC until they sort the problem out or just contunue paying for a service not being provided to me. this is certianly the definition of poor customer service and a complete contradiction to their advertisements on switching to cell c. i dont think anyone should be treated this way.
