No Feedback on increased charges

Upgraded the phone on 2 / 3 June 2013 - the account increased from an average of R300 to in excess of R900. No reasonable explanation has been forthcoming from Melrose Arch who have lodged an inquiry and on two occasions I have lodged an inquiry for the increased charges with no feedback or explanation except that the billing dept would get back to me in a min of 15 days. This is totally unacceptable and I'm very frustrated at the lack of interest and co operation.
