I lodged an inquiry about the possibility that I am being billed incorrectly for data used outside of my included bundle, this was last Thursday, I was promised that an explanation would be offered within 24-48 hours. I followed up on Monday, stating the reference number (SD138313) and still no explanation was available, just that it is an advanced inquiry and needs time to be addressed. Today it is a week and still no response. I am being charged WAY more than the contractually stipulated 15c per Mb outside of my inclusive 500Mb data as per my contract, R187 for 235Mb??? Why does this take so long to sort out??? It is simple, either I am misunderstanding the terms of my contracted or you are billing me incorrectly, whether by accident or intent.
