I have been with Momentum since 2005 with no real problems but since Multiply introduced GYM fee charges, every couple of months there are issues... They don't warn of any increased premium due for the new month. Have no regards for the fact that if the debit order is returned for lack of funds there are bank charges which we the clients will have to pay... How is one supposed to cater for the increased premiums if not advised..
Already they have double debited us in error one month then they send out sms apologies... a little late for return bank charges..When one queries this with them on E-mail, it takes 4 days to get a response... SUCH AVERAGE SERVICE!!! Then without warning they decide that if fitness level is not a 4 or 5 you will no longer qualify for 20% discount on monthly fee.. They increase your premium and debit your account without a word of warning...
CLEARLY PROFITS ABOVE SERVICE!!!
