After purchasing my iphone 5, i decided to purchase a cover for my phone, being advised by one of the sales representatives in store i purchased a X-Doria descent experia 360 which cost R299. In less than a month cracks had developed in the corners of the cover and one crack extended across breaking the cover in half. When approaching autopage on the product i was told to speak to the suppliers, who basically tell me i'm a and i have damaged the product. when purchasing any product at such a price there is a level of quality and durability that is expected, and having damages so great in such a short space of time is unacceptable. When asking what the warranty covers which is clearly printed on the packaging, the reply "manufactures defects"which basically meant nothing.
