I have changed from MTN to Cell C in January 2013 already as the prepaid deal that Cell C is offering is reasonable but the service that I receive is not up to standard and it seems thast the staff doesn't have a clue what they are doin. I receive all sorts of empty promises we will get back to you but they simply doesn't.
My first Issue is that my ending balance on data doesn't correspond with my beginning balance the next day, the excuse that I get is it takes time to update now how long is this time frame as with Mtn this never happened. Also my data went missing in Feb and I wasn't on the internet the excuse that I received was that it expired although a consultant told me won't it will only expire the next day. Also Cell C promised me 50 MB in February already and a data monitoring program for both I am still waiting. I keep on sending emails to customer service as well as the technical dept and even phoned there Head Office asking to speak to a manager but NO ONE comes back
