Cell C
No one knows whats going on???

An amount of R 350 was deducted from my account end of August, which is not my monthly payment. When I requested what that amount was for no one at the call centre knew what that was for. End of Sept the debit order again went off my account with no notice from cell c or requesting to do so. Again I phone the call centre to find out what this is for, at the end of Sept they advised it was for insurance claim. I was not told of an amount that will be deducted from my account and now I am being penalized for a stupid mistake Cell C made. They are quick to disconnect your services if you do not pay, but a soon as they need money form you as a client they just take it - without any notice or permission asking if it can be done? I just want to know, is it fair that Cell C takes money from your account without them telling you??? And the best part is it took me 2 months fighting to figure out what the R 350.00 was for and the call centre is no help at all!!!
