Adsl down for almost a week and getting no updates

Logged a call for adsl downtime (reference 590CTK100713).

It's been almost a week and nobody calls me back or sends a status update on what the cause or progress is. Calling the call centre results in more empty promises for someone to get back to me.

I think I'll need to find an alternative connection method.
