Can't Get Any Update On Network Failure

I have an ADSL connection with Telkom as my supplier. I have been without any ADSL connection for 3 days due to an "area fault" according to Telkom. I logged the fault 3 days ago and am yet to get any progress update from them. I have called three times since all three times they say they have no idea when the problem will be fixed and will call me back with an update. I have however not received any such call. I work from home and with no time frame on when I can expect my ADSL connection to be back up and running and loosing income and clients.
