HOLD ON FOR 77 MIN WITHOUT ANSWER FOR A WEEK!!!

I baught a samsung wobble washing mashine 4 weeks ago.. The drum is loose and i cannot use the mashine as it cannot spin.. i havebeen phoning the call centre for a week now.. Everyday holding on for an hour, today i was on hold for 77 min and 53 seconds not once has the phone been answered to assist me.. Pathetic!!! i have had problems with samsung phones and now my washing machine aswell??? i will never in my life purchase another samsung product..they are useless..it never works.. And the call centre never answers to provide assistance.. I'm amazed that this company is still in business!!!
