No response in 5 weeks

Long story short, I filled a complaint/issue 5 weeks ago and have yet to hear response. they told me 24 - 48 hours HA.

I call in so often but they say I must speak to the person I dealt with and she is never availble and NEVER calls back.

Filed a Hello peter 3 weeks ago and got a generic response saying someone will call me back to discuss. I have no doubt I am going to get the same old generic response. My upgrade is due on 20th July, they can forget it.
