CELL C - INCOMPETENCE ALL ROUND!!!

I applied for three contracts on 03/03/2013. None of the phones could phone Cell C customer services. I eventually had to run a ridiculous bill at work having to phone all the way to Johannesburg just to get my numbers ported. Because of the phones not being able to phone customer services and me not being able to spend hours on the phone at work i requested the porting to be done for the first two contracts a few days apart. Now trying to do the third one after another hour and being cut off i have to find out i have to pay R250 as it's not within the 7 day period for porting! This was never explained to me neither is it my fault that i cannot spend hours en hundreds of rands phoning my own service provider which was suppose to be free from my phones as per your advertisements? Oh and then to top it all! I contacted the call centre on three occassions! 1 - your account will only be debited end of March 2 - we will debit end April 3 - sms received to say a deduction would go off yesterday 4 - then phoned the call centre and they confirmed it was a system glitch. Strange? The debit order went off three times last night? Please collect your phones, cancel everything!
