I had a 24 months contract with MTN which was supposed to expire in January in February i noticed that they are still billing me i phoned them to find out and they sad its because my contract was a promotional there for they charging me service promo fee and they confirmed that they will change it to standard contract and refund me, they did refund me however in April started billing me and i have been questioning these but they not assisting instead i get bad attitude from the call center staff who give me wrong reference numbers Andrew Croueht was worse today .and now they sent me a letter and threaten to hand over my account to legal and did not even to make an attempt to resolve the problem and they also refusing to cancel the contract saying that the account is in arrears why must i pay for something that i finsihed paying a longtime ago.
