I have been with Vodacom as long as i can remember as always respected the way they treated their customers. Not anymore!!

For the past few months I have been trying to sort out my 'over-billing' problem. I eventually realised that Vodacom has been charging me for my 12 month contract since 2011! They were meant to cancel it after 12 months, and before I went ahead with the contract, they confirmed that after 12 months I would no longer be on contract.
I went overseas, and came back to find they were still charging me.
Now they say that I was meant to call in to cancel my contract that was only meant to be valid for 12 MONTHS!! Never did they mention they would keep billing me if I failed to call them.
I have asked for a refund of my money, because essentially, they have been taking money that ISN'T theirs, for an account that ISN'T or was never used after the 12 months!!

They refuse to contact me further and I am still waiting!
(never mind the POOR customer service I receive over the phone!)

I am fed up with people trying to take money that isn't theirs!!!
JUST BE UPFRONT AND HONEST and make sure your clients understand everything before signing up with you!

DISGUSTED!
