Deletion of a number on my Corporate account

I have a corporate account with vodacom and is assigned an agent in Lunnon str, Lynnwood.
One of my numbers have been deleted from my account without my consent and for the past 4 weeks i have been trying to sort out the problem between the Legal department and Corporate dep. none of these agents has access to the account to help me get my number back. This specific number's ends only on 2013/07/13.
the response from my agent Siva Pillay was again that he does not have access to the information.
Please help me sort out this very frustrating problem. I have 38 contracts with this account many more on other business accounts.
how can they just ignore me like this?
