CAN NOT CANCEL UNWANTED CONTRACT

I have observed a debit order that goes through my account which my bank confirmed as being from MTNSP. The reference number I received is A3452886/ 0081925461.

I had received telephonic offer for a laptop and internet modem which I declined just before delivery in March 2011. I since received only the modem and I made it clear that I did not want the offer any more. The courier guy refused to take the modem back and said that the supplier, who to me was Altech Autopage as I already had a contract with would send some else to collect the modem.

Not receieving the laptop I was convinced that my message got to the supplier and that the modem would be collected. The number on the MTNSP delivery invoice, referred me back to Altech Autopage as I did not have a cell number to link my inquiry to.

I tried cancelling the contract through the callcentre but unfortunately never got the matter resolved. I have been made to pay for a service that I dont want and never used against my call for more than 2 years now. Its! I have been pushed from pillar to post without no solution. Phones are hung up on me and I feel so helpless.
