NO ONE TO HELP IN ACCOUNT

I had received a ridiculous bill exceeding R3 grand two months ago for my data tablet and had not obviously budgeted for it since my monthly instalment was only R380.Called numerous times for itemised billing but to this day nothing. Was forced to pay it off since I needed the data. Since then had put a limit on the data account and in the current month someone has called in to open up the usage and I receive another ridiculous bill way exceeding the limit. After holding for almost an hour, there is no manager on any level available to speak to me to commit to resolve the as I clearly did not call to increase the limit!!!

What do the management do all day when clients such as myself pick up in their account???
Do you just gladly accept the increased revenue from billings and do no analysis on account histories to identify ANOMOLIES???

BEEN A CLIENT FOR OVER 15 YEARS!!! DISGUSTTED AT THIS ATTROCIOUS SERVICE!!!

IS AND IS SOMETHING THAT I WILL NOT TOLERATE!!!

STILL BEEN HOLDING ON THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE FOR AN HOUR
