Cancelled service but charged more now

I ccancelled adsl line which was a cost of 144 but telkom charged me 175 as a "MIGRATION COST" that is just ridiculous as when I cancelled they did not even mention this.
Furthermore, they continue charging me for 1gbp per month which I did not request...
What is going on!???
