Area Manager SSB Bloemfontein bad behaviour

As a valued customer of Nedbank I certainly find it disgusting how my son, as an employee of Nedbank working as an ATM Custodian is treated by this manager Juan Lubbe and I personally witnessed once, listening in on a telephone conversation between him and my son and how he was swearing. The language and words he use can not be mentioned in public. There was a hearing about this but as usual in these cases nothing happened to this man. Makes me wonder of the Image of Nedbank and how managers are appointed by them. I myself is a Service Manager where there are different races of people working under me, never was there any kind of this behaviour between any employees and managers in our working environment.
There is even no satisfaction from their HR department at Nedbank are there any persons or departments in Nedbank for my son to turn to or is it simply " well let me rather resign and let this so called manager Juan Lubbe continue this behaviour and victimization of his fellow workers"Is everything well towards the employees of these big companies depending on us as customers to prosper in their businesses.
