Inconclusive over charge

Good day. once again i am fighting with Vodacom. i have been a loyal client of theirs for about nine years now yet they can still find ways to mess me around. i have been overcharged on my internet service with them. they say i over ran on my usage yet by my knowledge i have had no over run in my data cap. i check my usage every time i logon to the service but yet in the month of May they say i did not check at all but yet they cannot tell what was downloaded except that it was video. i want to know what video then maybe i can figure out what was going on. this was not the first time they have overcharged me how ever, a couple of years ago they also took too much money from my account without any proof of what was going on and it took 6 months of fighting before i got my money back and now they just expect me to trust them. then their customer service agent at voda care at east gate told me that they should have blocked the account as soon as i hit the cap in order to prevent this but they guy who phoned me this morning said that vodacom does not offer that service, to me this sounds like a company that actually does not know what it is doing.
