I AM SO MAD... AND VODACOM IS NOT HELPING

I called Vodacom last week wanting to cancel a contract on a laptop i bought two years ago, to my surprise i was told that i had taken another contract and upgrade that i know nothing about. i've been calling Vodacom since this morning for feedback on what is going on, and i have gone through SEVEN call centre agents who dont seem to know what the is going on. Does anyone there know how fustrating it is to have such contracts being opened under your name without you knowing feels. And then when trying to find out what is going on you get such unhelpful people to assist you!!
