UNPROFESIONAL - I WONT TOLERATE THIS!

Friend got a phone on contract from Vodacom when Vodacom decided to phone me in November 2012 with regards to a special promotion on a 3G/HSDPA 24 MONTHS LAPTOP DEAL, The Call centre said that I would save, and that this deal is nice, I thought since I am a Vodacom client and was one for so long with Vodacom, I will take the deal, only to find out the Laptop all of a sudden broke in January 2013 (still under warranty), I phoned Vodacom immediately and call centre told me I must go to Vodacom in Menlyn Park Shopping Centre to fix the new Laptop - as I got to Menlyn Vodacom they have told me that "they don't know where I got the laptop from and they CANT help me!!! This is now MARCH 2013 and I am still struggling WITH VODACOM! the service is poor unprofessional and unacceptable! if this is how Vodacom treat they clients that have been with them for so long Then I WILL NOT DEAL WITH YOU ANY FURTHER! I want to CANCEL my PHONE contract with you immediately and THIS LAPTOP THAT YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT TODAY! I won't PAY YOU A CENT! I want a manager to call me - I won't pay you anything further - I am cancelling everything with immediate effect! From TODAY I will go to MTN! 073 3
