Unable to resolve a query

Most pathetic service ever from MTN customer service department. I raised a query about 2 months ago and it is yet to be resolved, it seems to have just gone around in circles with no real explanation.
Have been given reference after reference and no one seems to understand what my actual query was.

Maybe one day MTN will give decent customer service to people who have been with the network for over 10 years!!!
