I have a previous experience with MTN where my phone was cut off three times due to a debit order that I changed from the 7th to the 1st of the month, now I have problems with high account after an overseas trip. I did not make any calls and had no internet services available and still my account shows an amount of more than R1200.00. I have called them on the 15th of July 2013 they promised me that I will have a answer within 7 days which did not happen. I called again and was told that it can take up to 14 days. The third time I called they said that I did not asked that they call me back and that nothing has been done to my complaint up to date. I would like to know what needs to be done to get answers. They are quick to disconnect an account if any problem occurs on there side but if I as a customer have a problem nothing happens to solve it as soon as possible.
