Policies which I know nothing about

I cant believe this Even to date for the past 2 months my query is not yet resolved, it seems like is not taken serious. Can you give details where I can send my complain to since you are unable to resolve. I know of the big organisation who have an independent person to resolve this kine of query were the customer is not satisfied with the outcome. Further to combine policy subscription and purchase is wrong, I think the whole have to be reviewed because it affects people negatively, as a result of that combination. But never the less I NEED DETAILS TO ESCALATE THIS SINCE YOU CANT RESOLVE IT. How many times must I follow up regarding this query.
