I did an online enquiry to check for upgrades. Vodacom has a facility to compare phones, which not to my surprise, didn't work. So I logged a "call me back" enquiry wrt my upgrade.

I got a call from an agent and when I asked her why there compare function doesn't work, she refers me to another website. When I asked her why she refers me to her website, she gets all stroppy. I suggest that they fix the comparison functionality on their site rather than waste clients time only to be told by Vodacom staff to use another website's comparison function. Perhaps your staff know that your service is appalling so they save themselves the grief by reverting clients to another site that they already know works and actually offers a service.

Besides getting all she then yells at me claiming that I am shouting at her. Not sure where that came from and I asked her to rather put me through to a team leader which she got even more stroppy and wanted to know why I want to speak to a team leader. I told her that I do not want to continue the conversation with her and that I would prefer to speak to her team leader.

She then just put the phone down... Is this service Vodacom???
