8 months wait for ADSL

Hi i placed an order with telkom in november 2012 for adsl, from the day i placed the order i have recived 3 dates that they will do the installation but on those days when i phone the call centre they know nothing about it, and cannot say when my order will be done. I have spoke to a number of managers that does not get back to clients, promise a call back but never does. At least get back to your clients or at least if you consider them clients
