I got two secondary sims (new multi sim) about 3 weeks ago and since then 8ta has been unable to get it working. I visited an 8ta store 3 times already and made about 10 calls to the call centre. Some of these calls were close to an hour.
The current call has now been closed 4 times without giving me feedback or resolving my issue. This is not the first time. Every single time I speak to a consultant I here a different excuse but still no resolution.
This is really the worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life.
