"Largest" cellular provider provides bad reception

I live in Fichardtpark, a middle class residential suburb in the middle of Bloemfontein. We suffer from horrible cellular reception which means your calls get dropped, Blackberries get zero signal and the internet is on GRPS levels. That's 2G, in the middle of Bloemfontein. I've complained twice on Vodacom's website and finally they sent someone around to test the signal, which confirmed it wasn't my devices. Then (for some reason I don't comprehend) they sent another guy a week or so later to check the signal again. Still really bad. They assured me that they could install a booster but that depended on stock availability. That was weeks ago and that's the last I heard from them. I will not renew my contracts with Vodacom upon the time for upgrading, as I have great reception from all other networks.
