No Service for over 2 months

I have logged 4 of the same call with Telkom and all of the service calls where not resolved yet they were closed. I've called the call Centre over 5 times today to ask to speak to a supervisor and ask why my service calls were closed. I specified that the technician should only be sent to my place on SATERDAY!!! as no one will be in the house at that time. Technicians were sent on every other day except the day I specified. So it's clear that no one is readying the detail that specified in the call. I specifically mentioned that even if the technician comes in a months' time, he needs to come on a Saturday. What's so hard with following that instruction???
I've never experienced bad service in such a long time, trust Telkom SA to ruin this record.
