Multi Sims not working

I went to the Cavendish store Wed 19 Jun, and they have still not been able to load/activate the sims. I have been to the shop a few times, and nothing. This is getting ridiculous. It has been almost a week!

I chatted to the online chat, and the consultants cannot get me a number to contact the store. How can 8ta, not have the stores contact number! I have been given numbers, but they either don't work, or go to a voice mail (021 642 1437, 021 555 4422, 081 576 2048 and 021-671-3085).
