Service offline for 2 weeks now!

Our contract have been disabled for almost 2 weeks now. We have phoned the call centre 6 times now with no success. The first call they said we have to send through proof of payment (so we did) after that we called again and they said we should send through payment AGAIN, so we did. After that they said we should wait 24 hours so we did and it was still not working. From there on the calls we made they either said wait 48 or 72 hours. The one consultant we asked for a reference number said we should use his name "Sameer" as a reference. Our last reference/case number is 7393565. I would like to know when my service is going to get turned back on and whats going ons because this is very bad service. They just keep delaying with absolutely no feedback on your side. This is the worst service we have ever experienced.
