Vodacom giving me the runaround

I recently ported my main cell contract to vodacom and signed a debit order form for the payments. They have now unilaterally started debiting another account (through merging profiles - again without my consent). They do not have authority to debit the account they are and I cannot get them to stop. I have been struggling for over a week now (and multiple calls, holding on for extended periods, having to follow up as they do not get back to you etc.) to get a resolution to the problem. The complaint has even been escalated to the CEO's office after which I was promised a 48 hour turnaroundtime (talking of a slow process at this level - I would have thought some level of priority would apply to queries from this office). The 48 hours have now passed and I have yet to hear from Vodacom on this issue.
