Good day

I wish I could say in words how furious I am!!!
I am not a person that will complain easily but this was the last straw!
Last month I got a Cell C contract quit a nice deal but that not the point i got this contract for my boyfriend because he needs the internet 24/7. But now all of a sudden the internet is down only phone and sms.
No one at cell c gave me a call or sms stating that the problem is at cell c and not where i stay!!!

First of all I said I don't want to use Cell C but i thought maybe they are better now without any success!

But Cell C will phone me with the new deals and trying to sell me something i don't need or want for that matter!!! Poor Davis Mabuto tried to calm me down just saying sorry but at the end of the day the poor guy just did his job!!!

And i phoned 6 times and that took about R300 of my airtime but yet again without any success!!!
And PLEASE don't tell me its Nashua mobiles problem because they are not the service provider!!!
Thank you for providing no service at all!!!

And I will post complaints daily until someone gets back to me in this regard!!!
