PPS has twice debited my bank account on incorrrect debit order dates (the usual debit orders ran through successfully), it has taken almost 2 months and 5 different call centre agents to receive a refund for one of the 2 incorrect debit orders. the 2nd refund was supposed to be set off against future premiums (confirmed in email and recordings with PPS) however I was charged more than my usual premium. When I queried this with PPS I was told that my account was up to date and they could give no explanation as to how they get that, a complete turnaround from what they Initially said. This is not the only issue that I have with PPS. Debit order dates take an average of 3 months to get corrected, call centre agents and team leaders promise to get back to you but never do. If this is their collection policy I dread to think what it takes to actually claim from them. If you are looking for totally unprofessional and lower than sub standard service, PPS is the company to go for. I have received better service from some public sector departments.
