BILLED AFTER A CANCELLATION - SUBSCRIBTION RMCS

Dear Edcon

I am really not happy with the service I am getting from your company. This is totally unacceptable. When I signed for the subscription no one informed me about the involved 3rd party. And when I called in to cancel I was given a number to call. I was fine with that - I called them to cancel. Last month that they still billed me after my cancellation request. I did bring that to your attention and I was informed that the request has been forwarded to them for the cancellation. This morning I checked my statement and only to find out that even this month I am billed.

I cancelled my subscription long ago and this months statement still show that I am billed for it. Why is this?
