Ridiculous delivery time

I phoned the call centre to order a samsung galaxy tab 2. after a lengthy conversation i was approved and told the tab will be delivered within 7 days. to date i haven't recieved the device. i called and was told they are waiting for stock an it will be in the following week (last week). i still haven't recieved the device and if not recieved by Friday this week, i am going to cancel this order and get the tab at Vodacom which i wanted to do from the start, but decided on Cell C because of their promises.
