Out of Stock on Smart Device. Postponing Weekly

I have been approved for a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 White on the 16th of October 2013 and was advised that stock would be in that Friday. The following week when I contacted FNB they said the stock will be in on Friday. Once again on the Friday there was no stock yet. I have phoned on Monday and I was told yet again on Friday. I phoned FNB today to verify and was told no the stock ETA is only for the 2nd week of November.

This is simply unacceptable. I want my device I was approved for!
Please sort this out ASAP. I am a Platinum card and credit card holder with FNB and a business account holder with FNB and have had nothing but good service. Therefore I will not accept this long waiting period for my smart device and I will not settle for another device.
