Register online and sms balance

I have tried to check my sms balance, I have selected the detail balances as well as the summary, both of these reflect 0 sms when I know that I have an available balance. The only way I can check this is online. My number is registered online but my fiance's number is not, when I tried to do this (and be able to see his sms balance) I can not register, the password requires a number, capital letters as well as small letters, I have tried many passwords in all types of ways with no luck.

Please can you fix the balance check for sms's as well as fix the problem to register a number for my vodacom
