IT SEEMS TO BE THE TREND NOW WITH MTN, THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN THE NUMBER THAT MY WIFE USED FOR 15 years TO SOMEONE ELSE ONLY BECAUSE SHE DID TOP UP HER PHONE WITH AIRTIME FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS.ALL HER PERSONAL MESSAGES FROM HER BANK NOW GOES TO THE OTHER PERSON THAT MTN HAS NOW GIVEN THE NUMBER TOO.THERE IS NO EMPATHY FROM THEM ALL SAY IS SORRY THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO.WE HAVE DECIDED THAT IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GET FROM A COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOYAL TOO FOR ALL THOSE YEARS WE WILL RATHER GO TO VODACOM.
