10 YEARS OF LOYALTY FOR WHAT???

I have been banking with Nedbank for over 10 years in my business and personal capacity. in the last 10 years i have bought in at least R70 million to Nedbank in business alone. i have for the last 24 days been R15 overdrawn on one of my accounts (yes that is fifteen rands) and i have received next to 8 messages a week, a number of phone calls (sometimes 6 in an evening) from them advising that i need to fix this immediately or they will CLOSE my account. in the last 5 minutes i have recieved at least 5 sms advising that due to my not sorting out the overdraft since they spoke to me yesterday for the R15, they have closed my account.. this is the same bank that couldnt give me an overdraft or a personal loan or anything, but this is the same bank i have been absolutely loyal to for 15 years. for what??? why did i bother.

I went up the road to the Woodstock branch of FNB, within 24 hrs i had a new banking account and a R24 000 overdraft... i still want an apology from Nedbank as to HOW they can treat what has been a really loyal client for so many years, so disgustingly and without consideration or thought.
