Text messages to my mobile for a unknown person

A year ago I complained that I have been receiving text messages addressed to a certain Mr Mitchell for more than 10 years. I have been living in Tanzania for the past 5 years and the last year I have been living in Botswana, apart from the fact that I do not want to receive these messages they are costing me a lot of money because they are sent to my South African mobile number and I am roaming in these countries

It took Sun International more than two months before these messages were removed from my phone after phoning the MD and his secretary eventually got these removed

To my shock I again started receiving the same text messages since Thursday the 8th of August

I now demand that this be removed and that I am reimbursed for all the text messages received in the last seven years
