Cant believe this!!

An agent from Vodacom called me 3months ago to offer insurace for my phone, agreed to it and told her to seen the docs, i never got tham and then i have a claim and i was told my excess is r800, like? why was i not even told my excess over the line when i 1st took the premuim.i really feel chaeted
